Online Live Event

2020 was and is a special year - especially for decision-makers in marketing. The most important question: What does it take to successfully digitise live events? In order to be able to provide our customers with well-founded answers and solutions, we have redesigned and implemented our own event format SHIFT as an online live event - as a "proof of concept", so to speak.

The starting point and basis was the realisation that the attention of digital guests is quite different from that in the analogue space. How did we solve this? Well, for one thing, we literally and figuratively sat at the same table with our initiators. Many people confirmed that this created a special atmosphere. At the same time, we were able to motivate our viewers "outside at the receivers" to participate in surveys and thus become co-creators of the impulses and insights.

From our point of view, the most important part of SHFT2020_digital were the three breakout sessions, in which our experts Jeannine Koch, Prof. Dr. Michaela Wänke and Josef Stadtfeld left their "exposed" position at the table and joined our digital guests in a zoom room. The visibility and audibility of the previously anonymous audience led to a very personal (almost familiar) exchange at eye level. By the way, we deliberately did not record this part of the event and thus perhaps further promoted the success of this intimate atmosphere.
